I’ve been blessed to have been provided the first course “Identity” of the Leader For Life Academy & one thing i can say is for majority of my life i have never been able to clearly explain who I am without using what i did. But after completing 7/10 videos of the Identity course i can confidently say I want to be a Leader. To inspire and leave an impact on everyone I come across. I’m still evolving, but I’m not confused about where I’m going. I’m becoming more confident in speaking directly, setting standards, and not watering myself down just to keep things comfortable for other people. I’m driven and focused on building something bigger than average. I want growth, freedom, and to lead. I care about people, but I also believe in accountability and doing what you say you’ll do.

Being part of Leader for Life Academy can really shift how you see leadership. The courses are not only helping myself and my husband be successful in the business, it is also helping us to have more, self-awareness, and how we show up in our relationship. Having a strong foundation tends to create more lasting, authentic growth which I've seen in both of us. Being spiritual aligned is especially important. When your values, mindset, and actions are in sync, decisions become clearer and goals feel more grounded it is not just something you’re chasing, but something that reflects who you are. Super grateful for the courses as this is helping me find my weaknesses and work thru them.

The leader for life academy has really impacted my life in a way that I could have never expected . I am still going through all of the courses but it has done nothing but make me better in all areas and I know it’s just the beginning . I’m at really grateful to have the opportunity to even grow myself in this way because schools/ colleges don’t teach you to develop the way that LFL academy does. I’ve learned what I stand for now and I have learned my core values and it’s really amazing to know that stuff because it helps you as a person be even more confident in everything that you do because you know your purpose for doing it and you have the correct heart posture along side of it. The Leader for Life Academy has been an enlightening experience for me so far. I say so for because I have not completed all the courses yet. It has changed point of view when approaching business not just as a Financial Services Professional, but in general business and leadership overall. This academy is helping me establish my own principles and foundation as I work to build my team. It also. challenges my commitment, conviction, and disciplines in my daily journey. I look forward to enjoying and absorbing more knowledge for this academy, applying that knowledge, and paying it forward daily!

It challenged me to stay consistent, build integrity, and win with myself before trying to win publicly. Defining my values and boundaries was life changing. I walk away knowing what I stand for, what I won’t tolerate, and how to lead with influence. Highly recommend if you’re serious about real growth.
